I pictured this little Saint Bernard as a travel buddy for kids—something familiar and comforting they could take along wherever they go. The warm brown and white face gives it that sweet, gentle puppy look, while the foldable shape keeps it easy for parents to carry and store. I wanted it to feel less like a travel product and more like a little friend coming along for the trip.
What I really liked about this idea was carrying the dachshund character all the way around the product. The face sits on the front, and when you turn it around, there’s a little tail on the back—a detail you don’t usually see on products like this. It makes the whole piece feel more complete, more playful, and a lot more memorable for kids.
This little mushroom shape came from the idea of giving kids something that feels like a tiny woodland hideaway they can take with them. I wanted it to have that soft outdoor feeling—like a little house you might find on a nature walk or in a storybook forest. The warm brown and cream tones help bring that feeling out, and the rounded mushroom top makes it feel gentle, playful, and easy for kids to love.
One thing I really like is the little flippers. They make the seal look more cute and real, not just like a face on a bed. I chose a soft cream color and cozy corduroy fabric to make it feel warm and gentle. I wanted it to look like a tiny baby seal that kids would want to hug.
The tail is really the detail that brings this little cat design to life. I didn’t want it to feel like just a cat face placed on the front—I wanted the whole product to feel more complete. That’s why I added the tail on the side and back. It helps the shape feel more playful and more like a real little cat from every angle. Together with the soft ears and gentle face, the tail makes the design feel warmer, cuter, and easier for children to connect with.

Animal, food and other themed shapes are also supported. Fold lines, edge colors, pillows and branding details can be developed together so the design feels integrated rather than simply adding a graphic to an existing bed.
We support single-fold, double-fold and triple-fold travel bed structures, depending on the required sleeping area, age group and packed size.
Foam density and hardness are selected according to body-weight distribution, sleeping duration and target load. Fold lines are also positioned away from key sleeping areas where possible to help the bed lie flatter under the back and head.
For products intended for higher loads or adult co-sleeping, the foam and structure can be adjusted accordingly.
Yes. Fabric, color, texture, removable covers and private-label details can all be customized.
Options can include corduroy, milk fiber and other upholstery fabrics. Covers can be designed in separate removable sections for easier machine washing, while waterproof inner liners are also available when additional foam protection is required.

Sampling typically takes 7–10 days. After sample approval, the BOM and quotation are confirmed, with bulk production typically taking around 30 days.
Because sizing and compliance requirements differ between markets such as the US, Europe and Australia, product dimensions and testing plans are confirmed according to the target market and product classification. Tenderplay can also support third-party testing through organizations such as SGS, Intertek and TÜV, together with relevant material and batch inspection documentation.
