Fabric Quality Inspection
Fabric Color Inspection
Each batch of fabric must be compared with the standard color swatch upon arrival at the factory to ensure color consistency and the absence of color deviation. Consistency in color is especially important for product sets during shipment and for matching replacement parts.
Fabric Color Fastness Inspection
We use a high-temperature soaking method to conduct a preliminary fading check on the fabric, simulating conditions such as perspiration, saliva, and washing, in order to prevent color migration onto the skin or clothing.
Fabric Hand Feel and Softness
The fabric must be soft and skin-friendly, avoiding roughness, stiffness, and irritation. Each new batch of fabric must undergo manual testing to ensure it is suitable for direct contact with children’s bare skin.
The fabric surface should not shed lint or particles.
For short-pile fabrics such as teddy velvet, lisse velvet, and rabbit fur, we perform shaking, rubbing, and pull tests to check whether they are prone to shedding or fading, in order to prevent the risk of children inhaling fibers that could cause allergies.
Fabric GSM and Thickness Measurement
The fabric’s weight and thickness are tested using weighing and thickness measuring instruments to ensure consistency across batches, proper packaging, and adequate support, while preventing durability issues caused by thin fabrics.
Fabric Elasticity and Stretchability Evaluation
Fabrics used for curved and stretch packaging structures undergo tensile testing to ensure they do not deform or shrink excessively, thereby maintaining the product’s neat appearance and durability.
Fabric Breathability Test
Products that require prolonged contact with the body, such as sensory pillows and tent mats, undergo breathability testing to prevent heat and moisture buildup and to enhance children’s comfort.
Fabric Anti-Pilling Performance
The standard rubbing method is used to test the fabric’s pilling durability, simulating long-term use to prevent the formation of noticeable fiber balls that could affect appearance and texture.
Fabric Surface Flaw Detection Process
Both manual inspection and fabric inspection machines are used to check for common defects on the fabric surface, such as holes, scratches, oil stains, weave spots, broken ends, and skipped stitches, in order to ensure consistency in shipment.

Foam Surface Quality Check
Inspect the foam for appearance defects such as holes, impurities, scorched edges, cracks, and burrs.
Foam Density Test
The foam density is calculated based on volume and weight to ensure that the support level meets the required standards.
Foam Hardness Compression Test
Using a standard foam sample, a 10 kg weight is applied to ensure no deformation, demonstrating the foam’s load-bearing capacity and density performance.
Foam Compression Test
Using a professional environmental chamber, the foam is placed in the testing machine to simulate three to six months of use. The test evaluates the foam’s recovery speed and degree of deformation after compression.
Weight Distribution and Load Test
The load-bearing demonstration of foam in different structural areas of the product highlights our design, which provides better protection for children.
Foam GSM Demonstration
The weight of 25D foam with a 3.5 cm thickness can reach 60 g.
Foam Odor Test
Foam odor testing ensures the material is safe and odorless, meeting EU and US customer requirements, with complete test reports available.
Foam Breathability Test
Ensure foam breathability to prevent heat buildup, making it suitable for comfort products.
Foam Flame Retardancy Performance
Our foam is enhanced with flame retardants to prevent accidental fires and ensure safety and health.
Zipper Durability and Quality Test
Zipper-to-Fabric Color Matching Test
Ensure the zipper color is consistent with the fabric and meets the overall aesthetic requirements.
Zipper Sliding Performance Test
Pull the zipper several times to check for any sticking, jamming, or abnormal noise.
Concealed Zipper Head Quality Check
Check whether the zipper slider is stable and not easy to detach, in order to avoid safety risks such as children swallowing it (this is critical).
Wood Quality Standards
Wood Surface Smoothness Test Report
Wood is inspected for burrs and cracks to ensure they will not cause hand injuries or damage to fabrics.
Wood Structural Strength
The bending test is performed to evaluate whether the wooden rod is susceptible to fracture or permanent deformation.
Wooden Rod Joint Test
The insertion must be inspected for secure and stable fitting to avoid loosening or disengagement during use, thereby preventing structural instability.
Packaging Bag Quality Inspection
Size Inspection
Check whether the packaging bag meets the specifications of the customized product to avoid waste caused by insufficient packaging or oversized dimensions.
Thickness and Sealing Inspection
Measure the thickness with a caliper and check whether the heat seal is secure, ensuring there is no risk of warping or air leakage.
Transparency and Label Clarity Inspection
Ensure that the product barcode inside the packaging bag and the label barcode are clearly visible to improve logistics identification efficiency
Design & Structural Safety
Our children's soft series includes modular sofas, soft play climbing sets, small sofas, tents, ball pools and other products. We always adhere to the structural source to ensure the safety of children, and incorporate six major structural and design safety concepts in the early stage of design. Through internal testing and real-life verification, we ensure that children are firmly supported and fully protected when climbing, jumping, stacking and relaxing.

We implement six core tests on finished products, from appearance to structure, from size to compression and rebound, and use complete internal testing equipment and international certification standards to ensure that each batch of products is stable, qualified, and safe, and meets the compliance requirements of B-end customers.
Visual Check
Check dirt and pattern displacement

The needle detector passed the inspection and no broken needles remained
